With a background in new construction, Jade is also familiar with the process of the presale market. She also speaks Mandarin fluently, which helps when marketing your home to Chinese buyers.
Having been born in Vancouver and raised in Port Coquitlam, Jade has a deep-rooted understanding of the neighbourhoods around the Tri-Cities and the Lower Mainland. In her spare time, she can be found running the local trails with her dog Sawyer, hiking the North Shore mountains, or reading a good book (or strata documents!). A strong connection to community is important to her, whether that be through nature or everlasting connections with her clients, she is excited to help her clients find a home in the community they love.
